The role would entail the following.

• Copywriting of the press releases, feature articles, case studies, activity and contact reports.
• Daily liaison with key client contacts regarding work in progress
• Attendance at regular client meetings
• Proactive liaison with key media contacts to establish PR opportunities
• Daily follow-up of news stories
• Arrangement of client interviews with consumer and trade press, including TV  and radio

• Creation and maintenance of media lists
• research in support of PR activities
• weekly/monthly reporting of client activities
• arrangement and attendance of photocalls
• exhibition support pre-event
• exhibition support at the event
• monitoring scheduled features and identifying coverage opportunities

Successful candidates will be:

• Assisting with catwalk show preparations and execution.
• Engaging in frequent interaction with clients and liaising with local, national and international media outlets on behalf of clients.
• Coordinating production of press materials including press releases, client biographies, email correspondence, etc.
• Coordinating and preparing large mailings.
