Role: Sales and Marketing Graduate
Salary: £12, 000 (plus Commission £20,000 OTE)
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Along with implementing a successful Marketing Strategy, the successful candidate will receive extensive training to help build our client’s business through gaining new customers and accounts. This will help you to achieve goals of increasing sales turnover and the number of customers working with our client. The extensive training programme will allow you use a range of in-house systems, expose you to project management methodologies and the opportunity to regularly interact with senior managers in blue chip companies.
Your aims for the role will be to:
•Developing a successful marketing plan to achieve the company growth ambitions
•Follow new business opportunities and set up meetings
•Assist in identifying requirements
•Plan and prepare presentations
•Establish and maintain working relationships with clients
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably in a Marketing or related discipline. Experience is not required, however, we are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidate who is willing to communicate ideas and learn within the role. You will be a confident communicator in both a face-to-face and phone-based environment and possess a good knowledge of Social Media tools such as Twitter, Facebook and Linked In, and have exciting ideas of how these can be used to promote our client.
