Job description We are looking for a Property intern to assist with various aspects of the business:

* Email marketing campaign to our database of over 100,000 investors.
* Brand building, blogging, general email communication.
* Specific investor product marketing to investor database.
* Developing of new ideas in this sector across UK property investors, private capital to pensions.
* Managing our email marketing CRM system in conjunction with this campaign
* Working with our external marking partners on our SEO and Google Adwords campaigns.
* Managing website content and development where necessary.
* Working at new ways to develop our property vendor marketing interactions.

Subsequent a successful period with NPT, the intern has an opportunity of a permanent position, while gaining experience in an office environment and the property and investment industry.

The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate or motivated undergraduate looking to take the first steps towards a successful marketing or property career. You will be self motivated, practical, efficient, positive and enthusiastic person willing to learn the ropes of a growing business.

All training will be provided. Property industry experience would be helpful, but this is not essential.
Person requirements The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* 5 A*-C’s including Maths, Science and English Lit/Lang
* a minimum of 240 UCAS points
* Obtained/predicted a minimum of a 2:2 in a related degree
* An interest in the property industry
* Computer literate – especially in Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great organisational skills and professional manner
* Flexibility and adaptability are vital to this role.
* an aptitude for numeracy,
* a self-motivated attitude to all tasks
* Professional telephone manner
Degree requirements The successful candidate will have:
