The key trend from this data is that senior PRs are being recruited and looked for. This chart shows that there are less junior PR roles being advertised than there are senior roles.

I think senior PRs are more in demand because they probably bring a higher return on investment.

This is a completely fair point and I am guessing more senior PRs are wanted because the employer spends less money training them up.
